Motorola®
Helping Google revive an icon.
Deemed inventor of modern day cellular, Motorola went on to make a splash in the early ‘00s with their sleek flip: the Razr. That success was short-lived, as the iPhone was then announced in 2007.
In 2011, Google purchased Motorola Mobility and proceeded to invest in their success through massive waves of technology and software upgrades. They brought Android to life with this new breed of phones and tapped us to help introduce them to the world. Our team launched a series of phones and devices that legitimized their footprint and helped cement their standing in the smartphone segment.
Moto X®
#MotoSelfieStick
Motorola’s Moto X stands out from all other smartphones because its MotoMaker.com allows consumers to choose from thousands of options, including materials like real wood and genuine leather. To boost awareness, we created an April Fool’s Day parody that featured fictitious, artisanal selfie sticks — as customizable as the real Moto X.
• Debuted on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
• Mashable — ”Motorola’s selfie stick is made of wood, leather and unicorn tears”
• The Verge — ”Motorola’s selfie stick is a work of art”

#ChooseToStart
Smartphones connect our world. But unfortunately, most of the world can’t afford one. Motorola was on a mission to change that with their first sub $100 model. Suddenly, things got interesting. We asked people globally, “What would you #ChoosetoStart?”
• Drove the largest number of single day engagements to date for Moto
• Launched in 7 countries & generated over 1200+ pieces of UGC
